Buffet menu

Available daily in the main restaurants, our curated buffet presents a sophisticated fusion of European and Asian gastronomy. Guests may savor vibrant seafood stations, freshly sliced sashimi, crisp salads, and aromatic hotpots, concluding with indulgent desserts. Signature highlights include lobster served à la carte (additional charge), tender crab, tuna sashimi, grilled octopus with green pepper salt, and Korean abalone soup —each creation designed to captivate the most discerning palate.

Crafted upon request and subject to a customization fee, our set menus are artfully curated to present a diverse culinary journey, ideal for both individual guests and private groups. For full charter bookings or special occasions, menus can be tailored entirely to your preferences, ensuring a bespoke dining experience. Each menu unfolds as a sensory voyage—seamlessly combining refined starters, signature main courses, and elegant desserts—all enjoyed in a sophisticated setting aboard every Amorasae voyage.
