Online Reservations & Full Payment: Reservations for your Amorasae Cruise experience can be made conveniently through our official website. To confirm your booking for any of our day cruises or private charters, full payment of the cruise fare is required at the time of making your online reservation. Your booking is considered complete and confirmed only upon successful processing of the full payment and issuance of an official booking confirmation from Amorasae Cruise.

Cruise Fares & Inclusions: Cruise fares are quoted per person (unless otherwise stated for private charters) and are inclusive of all services, amenities, and taxes as explicitly detailed in the "What's Included" section of your chosen cruise package. Fares do not cover items listed under "What's Not Included," such as personal expenses, certain beverages, optional activities, or gratuities, unless part of a special promotion. All fares are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as indicated.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various secure online payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other digital payment gateways, as detailed during the online booking process.

Cancellation by Guest:
Should you need to cancel your confirmed booking (for which full payment has been made), written notification must be sent to and received by Amorasae Cruise. The following cancellation fees, calculated on the total cruise fare paid, will apply based on the number of guests in your booking and the number of days of notice given prior to your scheduled departure date:

1. For bookings of 01 – 09 guests:

Notice received more than 14 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 08 – 14 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 04 – 07 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 01 – 03 days prior to departure: 50% of total cruise fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation on departure day or No-show: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).

2. For bookings of 10 – 20 guests:

Notice received more than 14 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 08 – 14 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 04 – 07 days prior to departure: 50% of total cruise fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Notice received 01 – 03 days prior to departure: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).
Cancellation on departure day or No-show: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).

3. For bookings of more than 20 guests:

Notice received more than 14 days prior to departure: Free cancellation (100% refund of total cruise fare paid).
Notice received 08 – 14 days prior to departure: 50% of total cruise fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Notice received 04 – 07 days prior to departure: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).
Notice received 01 – 03 days prior to departure: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).
Cancellation on departure day or No-show: 100% of total cruise fare will be charged (no refund).

Cancellation or Itinerary Alteration by Amorasae Cruise: Amorasae Cruise reserves the right to cancel or alter any cruise itinerary or service due to Force Majeure events (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics), directives from the Halong Bay Port Authority, essential vessel maintenance, or other unforeseen operational circumstances critical to passenger safety. In the event of a cancellation by Amorasae Cruise prior to departure (not due to Force Majeure), guests will be offered a full refund of payments made to Amorasae Cruise or an alternative cruise date of equivalent value, subject to availability. Should an itinerary be altered during the cruise for safety or operational imperatives, we will endeavor to provide comparable alternative arrangements; however, refunds may not apply for such necessary modifications.
Amendments to Booking by Guest: Requests to amend a confirmed booking (e.g., change of date, passenger details) are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. All amendment requests must be made in writing.

Travel Documents & Identification: For Ha Long Bay day cruises, Vietnamese citizens should carry valid national ID. Foreign nationals should carry their valid passport and visa (if applicable for their stay in Vietnam). Amorasae Cruise is not responsible for issues arising from passengers' failure to carry appropriate documentation.
Health & Fitness to Travel: Guests warrant that they are fit to travel by sea. Please inform us at the time of booking, or as soon as possible thereafter, of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may require special attention or accommodation. While we strive to meet reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Amorasae Cruise reserves the right to refuse passage to any guest whose condition may pose a threat to the health or safety of themselves or others onboard.
Passenger Conduct & Safety Compliance: The safety and comfort of all guests and crew are paramount. All guests must comply with safety instructions given by the Cruise Manager and crew, including participation in any mandatory safety briefings. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not compromise the enjoyment, safety, or well-being of others. Amorasae Cruise reserves the right to disembark any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, abusive, illegal, or poses a safety risk, without refund.
Children Onboard: Children are welcome aboard Amorasae Cruise. Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their children at all times during the cruise and any related activities.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the cruise, including day-use cabins, lounges, and dining areas. Designated smoking areas are available on open-air decks.

tinerary & Activities: All cruise itineraries, timings, and onboard/off-board activities (such as cave visits, kayaking, swimming) are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, water levels, port authority directives, or other operational requirements. Participation in any water-based or physical activities is at the guest's own risk.
Personal Belongings & Valuables: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout the cruise. While reasonable care is taken, Amorasae Cruise shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Food & Beverage Policy: Only food and beverages served by Amorasae Cruise may be consumed onboard, unless explicitly agreed otherwise for special dietary needs confirmed in advance.
Limitation of Liability: Amorasae Cruise's liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the cruise is limited in accordance with applicable Vietnamese laws and maritime conventions. Our liability will not exceed the cruise fare paid by the guest. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party suppliers.
Force Majeure: Amorasae Cruise shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations, or for any loss or damage suffered by guests, if such failure or loss/damage is due to a Force Majeure event. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, riots, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Quang Ninh Province or Hanoi, Vietnam.
